1. Check-in & Check-out Timings

• Standard Check-in Time: 06:30 AM. Early morning arrivals are welcomed and accommodated based on prior notice and room availability.
• Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon.
• Late Check-out: Extension requests past 12:00 Noon must be communicated to the reception desk in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Mandatory Identity Proof Requirements

As per local police authorities and municipal regulations (Amherst Street Police Station directives):

• Accepted ID Proofs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or Driving License.
• Non-Acceptable ID: PAN Card is not accepted as address proof.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with an Indian visa or e-Visa document.

3. Main Gate Closure (11:00 PM) & Safety

For the security, quiet, and safety of all resident families and guests, the main entrance gate will be locked at 11:00 PM every night.

Guests returning from late flights or late trains after 11:00 PM are requested to inform the front desk in advance so our night staff can facilitate prompt entry.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Zero penalty or fees when cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
• Refund Turnaround: Full refunds processed within 3 business days upon matching booking verification.
